BeeHive Homes of Lakeville is looking for a part-time RN/LPN to join the team. The position is every other weekend. BeeHive Homes of Lakeville is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN to join our memory care team in Lakeville, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care and supportive services to residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The Weekend

RN / LPN

is responsible for overseeing resident health needs, coordinating care plans, supporting and guiding direct care staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance and safety throughout the community. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for enhancing quality of life for older adults. This position plays a key role in maintaining a warm, person-centered environment that preserves dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and oversee nursing care in accordance with residents' individualized care plans. Assess, monitor, and document resident health status and changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments per facility policies and state regulations. Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to care staff on weekend shifts. Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Ensure compliance with Minnesota state regulations and facility standards. Promote a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents with cognitive impairments.

Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered 

RN / LPN

license in the state of Minnesota. Experience in memory care, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred. Strong assessment skills and the ability to respond effectively in emergent situations. Compassion, patience, and commitment to person-centered dementia care.
