We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 14 year-old male in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

Details for this client's case: 14-year-old with history of spinal cord injury. N urse would also be responsible for attending school with this client.

Proposed schedule:

Monday

• Friday Days:

  7:00 AM
• 3:30 PM Client lives in Lino Lakes with his family.

Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
• Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Perform various medical procedures based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical recordsRequirementsExperience
• Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients
• RN or LPN Minnesota License
• Ability to build rapport with patients
