Core Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized nursing care to a 7th-grade student throughout the school day Provide attentive tracheostomy monitoring and perform suctioning as required by the healthcare plan Accurately follow, implement, and document all aspects of the student's healthcare plan Accompany the student during school bus transport to and from home, ensuring safety and continuity of care Maintain thorough daily records of interventions, observations, and healthcare activities Collaborate regularly with the school's Health Services team, classroom staff, and the student's family This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule of 37.5 hours per week and is expected to run through early June 2027, with dates aligned to the school calendar.
