Licensed Practical Nurse provides overnight care in a skilled nursing facility, delivering compassionate care to residents on a consistent schedule with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols. Deliver patient-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life.
Qualifications:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state. Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Previous Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care (LTC), or Rehabilitation experience.
