Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care Devoted Kare, LLC Devoted Kare is a growing, locally owned home care agency seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for flexibility, meaningful one-on-one client care, and the opportunity to grow alongside a developing agency. This position will begin as part-time/per diem , with the potential to grow into additional hours or a full-time position as our client caseload increases. What We Offer Flexible scheduling Part-time and per diem opportunities Various client locations and shifts One-on-one care in clients' homes Ability to coordinate availability around another job or personal schedule Opportunity for increased hours as our agency grows Supportive, locally owned work environment Responsibilities May Include Providing nursing services according to the client's plan of care and provider orders Medication administration and medication-related services Nursing treatments and procedures within LPN scope Monitoring and documenting client condition Communicating changes or concerns to the supervising RN Supporting clients with personal care and other health-related needs when appropriate Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Collaborating with our RN Clinical Supervisor and other members of the care team Qualifications Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing Dependable transportation and ability to travel to client homes Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently Home care experience is preferred but not required Must be willing to complete required background checks, orientation, training, and competency requirements
