Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine immediate needs and ongoing care plans. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and specialized treatments such as botulinum toxin or sedation when applicable. Manage airway maintenance, ventilator support, and emergency response procedures to ensure patient safety during critical moments. Document all patient interactions meticulously using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Assist with complex procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, dressing changes, sterile processing, and specimen collection/processing. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on diagnostic evaluations, medication management, discharge planning, and case management strategies. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease in memory care settings or assisted living environments. Experience Valid LPN or RN license with current state licensure required. Critical care experience in settings such as ICU, emergency room, or trauma centers preferred; Level I or Level II trauma center experience highly valued. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks. Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. Hands-on experience with IV insertion, phlebotomy, medication administration (including injections), and infection control practices. Knowledge of
