As a Scanning Coordinator, you'll manage pricing accuracy, promotional signage, and scanning systems while helping ensure a smooth shopping experience in a fast-paced grocery store environment. What You Get Weekly pay + competitive wages Employee-Owned (ESOP)

•earn company stock at no cost to you Full-time, stable hours Hands-on experience in retail operations and pricing systems Growth opportunities in grocery and store operations A team-focused environment where you can take ownership What You'll Do Update and maintain accurate pricing throughout the store Implement pricing changes and verify item scanning accuracy Maintain and organize promotional signage and shelf tags Assist with competitive pricing and store compliance initiatives Coordinate pricing updates with store departments and leadership Support inventory accuracy and product organization Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies and scanning issues Provide customer assistance regarding pricing and promotions Utilize store technology and pricing systems efficiently Maintain organized records and follow company pricing policies Help ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy with pricing and signage updates Basic math and computer skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to follow store policies and pricing regulations Previous retail, grocery, inventory, or pricing experience preferred Comfortable using store technology and scanning equipment Flexible full-time availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays) Work Environment Fast-paced grocery store environment Frequent movement between aisles, stockrooms, checkout lanes, and refrigerated areas Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 40 lbs This is not an official description but represents major responsibilities a new hire can expect to perform.
