Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN ) at Aspire Senior Living Roaring River, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our elderly and assisted living residents Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed by physicians Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and symptoms Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the stat of Missouri Experience in a long-term care, skilled-nursing or related field preferred Ability to lift and transfer residents with ease Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and caring approach to resident care
