Role:
As an LPN with Aspire Senior Living Roaring River, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will work alongside our team of healthcare professionals to provide dignified and respectful care to our residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
LPN Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical director Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse manager and medical director Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours care
LPN Qualifications:
