Responsibilities:

Responsible for all nursing care of all residents during his/her shift. Ensure that your staff are following care plans. Chart on all residents under your care. Supervision of the nursing department and performance of staff assigned to his/her zone or hall including nursing assistants and medication aid. Provide education and guidance to the staff under your assigned area.
