Position Requirements:

Graduation from a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program or completion of equivalent military training that permits sitting for the State licensure examination. High School Degree General Educational Development (GED) equivalency and Medical Terminology Minimum of two (2) years Referral management experience BLS Certification Legal Authorization to Work in the United States (must be U.
