Role:

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of licensed healthcare professionals, ensuring professional accountability and patient rights. Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains confidentiality. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, current LPN licensure, and meeting State Board requirements. Preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., BLS, and LPN-IV, with some requiring acquisition within specified timeframes. Physical demands encompass lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and performing various movements.
