Job Summary We are seeking a caring and energetic Pediatric Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a combination of quality care, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal communication skills to ensure positive interactions with other members of the care team, patients and their families.

Part Time Clinic hours:

M-F, 8-5

Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care to pediatric patients from infancy through young adulthood Telephone triage to assess symptoms and prioritize care in order to support and provide expert advice via phone, submit prior authorizations and referrals Perform basic intake assessments and complete vital signs Administer vaccines and/or medications and perform procedures as ordered Perform lab procedures and interpret results Communicate treatment results and abnormal lab results to providers in a prompt manner Provide patient and/or parent education Assist with patient flow Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR system Support clinical operations and contribute to a safe and child-friendly environment Required RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri/Compact, in good standing BLS/CPR certification Strong communication skills Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) Preferred but not required 1 year of pediatric or family practice experience Phone Triage experience Spanish-speaking Other Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision insurance for full-time employees with employee and dependent(s) discounts 401(k) for full-time employees PTO accrual Paid holidays No evenings, weekends, or holidays On-site parking
