Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As a LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the implementation of nursing Treatment plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with Mental Health Residents to make a difference in the lives of our resident's.
Duties:
  • Conduct Monthly Resident assessments and collect relevant health information
  • Administer Weekly/Monthly prescribed Injections
  • Communication with Facility Manager and Facility Physician (order changes, Resident changes in health).
  • Training Medication Aides on proper med passes, ensuring Med Aides are comfortable with their duties.
  • Evaluate Resident Treatment plans
  • Diabetic Nail Care
  • Overseeing Labs and following up with orders
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • Valid LPN license in [STATE]
  • Proven experience in patient care as an LPN
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and healthcare practices
  • Proficiency in administering injections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
