Part-time, Full-time Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set to provide comprehensive nursing services.Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting changes to healthcare providers
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Conduct health assessments and develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in dementia care, IV infusion, basic life support, pain management, and dermal fillers
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and IV insertion techniques
- Familiarity with infant care and physiology
