The role offers up to $40 per hour, 36 hours per week on a 3-shift schedule, and the chance to provide high-quality care to medically complex patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly Assist with wound care, tracheostomy care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures Accurately document patient assessments and interventions Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection prevention standards

Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing program Active Missouri LPN License (or eligibility to obtain) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred) ACLS preferred but not required Previous LTAC, Skilled Nursing, Med/Surg, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care experience preferred Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred
