Job Responsibilities Promotes customer satisfaction through competent professional practice and focuses on patient needs and expectations. Adheres to the patient-focused care agreement, acts as a change agent Presents a professional approach and appearance, a calm, caring and reassuring demeanor Greet patients warmly and respectfully, demonstrating compassion Document patient care in the electronic medical record Respond in a timely manner and keeping patients informed while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all privacy and protected health regulations. Operates as an active part of the team, uses constructive problem-solving, promotes a positive approach to all tasks, refrains from criticism. Plan and document care, implementing and communicating it to the multidisciplinary care team, review and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan and document the response. Delivers high-quality service and helps control costs in a safe environment Escorting patients to the exam room and documenting chief complaints Ensures patient safety, uses supplies efficiently, uses equipment properly, exhibits awareness of patient's rights and respects them at all times, responds to patient requests promptly Reports to work when scheduled and on time Reports to work at the beginning and at the end of each workday

Qualifications/Requirements:
