How You'll Make an Impact As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be a trusted partner in our patients' recovery journeys.
You will:
Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process—Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions Your skills, compassion, and critical thinking will help patients achieve greater independence, strength, and quality of life.

Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse.
Additional requirements include:
CPR/BCLS
certification. ACLS preferred. Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
