Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Home Care- 12 hr shifts - Weekly pay

Job Title:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Residential Care Setting We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential home setting. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing clinical care, and ensuring the safety, comfort, and dignity of clients at all times. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, and bed making Monitor and record vital signs, height, and weight as assigned Collect, document, and maintain records of fluid intake and output Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to appropriate staff Clinical Duties Provide tracheostomy care including: Changing inner cannula and trach straps Performing suctioning (trach and oral, including deep suctioning as needed) Managing humidification and applying HME prior to showers or outings Assist with gastrostomy (G-tube) care Provide care for suprapubic catheter maintenance Administer nebulizer treatments Perform blood glucose monitoring and administer insulin as indicated by glucose levels Administer medications to all individuals in the home as prescribed Scheduling & Work Environment Facility operates 24/7; shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays Currently hiring: 2 LPNs for 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM shift 2 LPNs for 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM shift Schedule rotation: 3 twelve-hour shifts one week and 4 twelve-hour shifts the following week

Approximately 6 months with potential for extension Staff will always work alongside NWCS personnel within the home Ideal Candidate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with relevant clinical experience Comfortable with high-acuity residential care Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to remain calm in complex care situations and work as part of a team

Pay:

$36.00 - $49.00 per hour
