Administers medications and treatments as ordered Takes vital signs Provides information regarding changes in Residents' progress to the RN Supervisor Stock and prepare medication cart for rounds Charts Residents' progress, ailment, medication, symptoms, incidents and observations Schedules and provides treatments as recommended by Physician and at a time convenient for the Resident Assists with Resident ADL Care as required Performs physical observations of Residents and reports to RN; documents findings in medical record Receives and records Physicians' Orders in medical record; ensures compliance with Physician's Orders Communicates with other Departments to adequately meet Residents' needs Assists in Infection Control monitoring; complies with Universal Precautions and Isolation Procedures Observes, monitors, instructs and supervises
