Join Our Team The Windsor Place Nursing and Rehab Center at The Pointe Retirement Community is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 7a-7p full-time day shift . Daily Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the shift Participate in shift reports and care conferences as needed
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Mississippi CPR certification (preferred) Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus Strong clinical and documentation skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
