Education-He/She must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing currently registered with the state agency for nursing licensure & hold a valid Nurse's License in the state he/she is employed. Qualifications 1. Demonstrates leadership & managerial ability 2.Has a desire to work the geriatric residents & their current & prospective needs. 3. Must be willing to be in the facility working with the staff of the shifts as designated by the Director of Nursing. 4. Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices & direction without the direct supervision of the Director Nursing 5. Must have a pre-employment & an annual Tuberculosis screening.
