Job Description

Home Instead is looking for a caring and compassionate Client Care Coordinator with a heart for senior care to join our team. The Client Care Coordinator (CCC) is expected to perform various duties related to client care, including care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/Care Professional introductions, and quality assurance visits with existing clients. The CCC will use the consultative sales approach to determine each individual client's needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. They continuously evaluate the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high-quality care, client satisfaction, retention, and opportunities to increase service hours. The CCC will also assist with training Care Pros with specialty equipment either in classroom style or one-on-one. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with occasional after-hours appointments.
Attributes needed:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Mississippi Registered Nurse license or Licensed Practical Nurse license
  • Organizational and computer skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
  • Self-discipline, self-starter, and strong time management skills
  • Team player
  • Background in Sales, a plus
Pay:
$25.00 - $26.00 per hour
