Are you an LPN looking for a predictable schedule and a rewarding clinical specialty? Join our Neurology care team! We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse to support board-certified Neurologists in providing high-quality care to patients managing neurological conditions such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and chronic migraines.

Key Responsibilities Direct Patient Care:

Room patients, record vital signs, complete medical histories, and perform baseline neurological screening evaluations.

Medication & Refills & Imaging Prior Auths:

Administer specialty medications and handle prescription refill requests and prior authorizations for medications and imaging prior authorizations requests.

Patient Triage & Education:

Respond to patient portal/phone inquiries, coordinate diagnostic imaging/testing and provide patient and family disease management education.

Qualifications Education/License:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program with an active, unrestricted State LPN License.

Certifications:

Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in outpatient care or specialty clinic (Neurology experience is a plus).

Skills:

Strong empathy, EHR proficiency (Epic), and excellent communication skills for patients with motor/cognitive impairments.

Expected hours:

40.0 per week
