Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team through our Weekend Baylor Pay here at Radiance Senior Living of Oxford . This position is ideal for an LPN who prefers working weekends while enjoying enhanced Baylor pay. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents while promoting their safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. The successful candidate will work closely with residents, families, caregivers, and physicians. Duties Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly. Complete nursing assessments and required documentation. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the care team. Assist with coordinating appointments, treatments, and follow-up care. Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition. Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality of care. Provide compassionate support while respecting each resident's dignity and independence. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations. Supervise and collaborate with nursing assistants and other care staff as appropriate. Requirements Current and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of employment. Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred. Current CPR certification preferred/required according to facility policy. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
