LPN Neshoba Urgent Care Clinic Requirements:

Current unrestricted Mississippi LPN license Current BLS certification Ability to assess and triage patients based on acuity and clinical needs, ensuring timely and appropriate care Effective communication skills (written and oral) to relay patient concerns, symptoms, and clinical findings to the provider and care team Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate the electronic health record (EHR) and other clinical software efficiently Excellent documentation skills with attention to accuracy, clarity, and timeliness in patient records Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills Flexibility to fill in at any Neshoba clinic as needed Dependable, initiative-taking team player Able to perform the duties/responsibilities of the position Previous clinic experience preferred
