We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our OB/Gyn team at the Physician Building 3 location. The Licensed Practical Nurse LPN will: Welcome patients and prepare them for their health care visit Complete intake assessments including medical history and vital signs Assist during procedures Monitor, document, and administer medications and immunizations Perform phlebotomy and point of care laboratory testing Manage and prioritize patient portal (MyChart) and telephone communications Participate in and support patient education Coordinate ongoing care including referrals and prescriptions Play an essential role in fulfilling our mission Heighten the patient experience by providing extraordinary care Benefits offered: Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) + match Voluntary benefits - Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Disability insurance Employee assistance program Minimum Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse position: High school diploma or equivalent Licensed Practical Nurse Accreditation Basic computer knowledge and proficiency The successful LPN candidate will be subject to a background check.
