Life insurance Vision insurance Position Summary As an LPN at Trinity Place, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately. Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage. Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions. Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments. Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited LPN program or college. Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina. CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
Preferred:
2 years of experience as an RN. Work Environment Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching. Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures. Join Us Today!
