What You'll Do:
Provide skilled nursing care while promoting resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Perform assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality resident care Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with nursing standards Serve as a compassionate resource and advocate for residents' needs Why Join Smoky Ridge?
