We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide medical case management services to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. For more information about our campus and services, please visit, The Willows Responsibilities Conduct new client intakes Participate in accurate and detailed management of all client medications Participate in medication administration as needed Ensure effective documentation of all medication administration in assigned timeframe Communicate with and update client s parent/ family, if applicable, on any medical concerns Provide medication administration support to direct care staff and ensure that proper medical documentation and quality control occurs Provide medical check-ins with clients and be the primary medical care provider while on base Participate in a rotating on call schedule Be available for medical consultation/expertise for all base/field scenarios when on call Support campus RN as required Collaborate with campus RN to keep client charts up to date Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in nursing Current North Carolina state licensure as an LPN Experience in Substance Abuse/Mental Health Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in nursing Position Type/Expected Hours This is a full-time position Position requires onsite employment Employee Benefits Medical Insurance with Telemedicine options available to full-time employees after 30 days Vision & Dental insurance available to full-time employees after 30 days Voluntary Accident Coverage, Critical Illness Coverage and Hospital Indemnity Insurance options Employee provided Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance options Retirement 401k Employee Assistance Program provided to promote employee wellness and a variety of services Desirable
