RN Position Details and Responsibilities:

Review, initiate, and implement care plan in accordance with the client's needs. Provide one-on-one direct nursing care in the home with medically complex clients of all ages. Medication management & administration Monitor vital signs & medical equipment. Perform physician-ordered interventions, such as tracheostomy or ventilator care when applicable. Educating clients and families while providing companionship and emotional support. Regular assessments, charting any client changes in condition, progress, & care needs & notifying the DON accordingly Assist with other total care nursing duties. Make independent clinical decisions when necessary. Shift Options (depending on client): Day, evenings, Overnights Weekends when available

FT, PT, & PRN

available with most clients 6-12-hour shifts

RN Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license BLS Certification Pediatric experience (preferred, but not required) High acuity, Trach/Vent experience (preferred, but not required)

Pay:
