Choose shifts that fit your schedule while making a direct impact on resident health and safety.
Schedule:
PRN, Monday - Friday, flexible shifts (typically 6:00 AM-6:00 PM) This is a seasonal role with Orientations beginning in September for clinics that are scheduled September through December.

What You'll Do:
Administer vaccinations in onsite clinic settings Provide a welcoming, professional experience for residents Answer questions and deliver compassionate patient care Accurately document vaccinations in TRACK (EMR platform) Assist with clinic setup, breakdown, and team support
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse/Medical Assistant program or current, active North Carolina license or EMT certification 3+ years of
LPN/MA/EMT
experience Strong patient-facing and communication skills Experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing preferred Ability to connect with elderly populations and support individualized care needs Basic computer proficiency (EMR systems, email, etc.) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic site
Physical Requirements:
