Participates in the assessment of patients. Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care. Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote and professional development. Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice. Participates in Service Excellence Program. Minimum Requirements LPN DiplomaActive NC LPN License or compact stateAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationExposure and practice of medication administration from educational preparation and student clinical practice. Clinical Ladder Pay Range $24.69 - $35.99 Final Compensation based on experience
