Job Description

Position Summary Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Participates in the assessment of patients. Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care. Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote and professional development. Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice. Participates in Service Excellence Program. Minimum Requirements American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification LPN Diploma Active NC LPN License or compact state Pay Range LPN (outpatient) hourly range > $21.96
