Skills checklist Basic Life Support - BLS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association). 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years Driver's license Covid Card Flu shot. Accepting North Carolina license _____________________________________________________________________ What Greenstaff Medical has to offer: Pay rate up to $35.00 hourly (Taxable rate) and the overtime rate of $52.50 respectively.
