What You'll Do The Licensed Practical Nurse Lead accepts accountability for provision of care, as part of the RN led team, in accordance with the current policies and procedures. Provides non-clinical and clinical duties in practice under the direction of the practice manager within his or her scope. Perform vital signs, EKGs, and specimen collection Prepare exam rooms and ensure smooth clinic flow Deliver empathetic support to patients throughout their care journey

What We're Looking For Education :

High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Experience :

Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement. Experience in the physician office practice setting, required.

Licensure/Certification :

Appropriate state LPN license, required. Additional Skills (required) : Successful completion of generic and department-specifics skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.
