We are currently recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time positions at state-operated adult correctional facilities in Bennettsville, South Carolina . Your expertise and leadership will help ensure high-quality care for those in need, and you can expand your clinical background working with a varied patient population. Additionally, these correctional LPN positions have a premium hourly pay rate that is significantly higher than the average rate for LPNs in the Laurinburg, NC area. Successful candidates must be able to complete onboarding requirements and begin their assignment according to the specified schedule. There is a mandatory 3-week onboarding phase for orientation and training, first shift (8a-5p), weekdays, at the beginning of the assignment.

Job Details:

Full-time schedule, 36 hours Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend Day shift positions (6a-7p) are available

License and Credentials Requirements:

Current South Carolina or compact LPN license

Current CPR Certification, BLS Current PPD Primary Job Duties:

Conduct health assessments and sick call for inmates Monitor and treat inmate health Administer medications and treatments Provide health education and counseling Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals Supervise nursing assistants
