Pay:

LPN starting at $25.50 - $30.00 per hour based on experience. RN starting at $28.00 - $33.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Draw blood, monitor vital signs, give first aid, assess physical concerns, make outside medical appointments as needed Process and review all medication refills and orders Pack medications and determine eligibility for self-administer medications Discuss and educate residents on their medications Assesses residents with physical health complaints, schedules appointments with external providers, and provides follow up care Collects FBG, breathalyzer, urine drug screens Maintain proper documentation of medications, appointments, physical health concerns Provides crisis intervention and assists with hospitalization when necessary Communicates with Integrative Health Specialist regarding supplements, dietary concerns, and additional weight monitoring Completes required procedures and documentation for all changes with residents

Qualifications:

Interest in working in a mental health residential treatment facility Previous psychiatric experience preferred Understanding of psychiatric medications NC licensed as an LPN or RN CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
