Job Description

Occupational Therapist- Full or Part Time The Occupational Therapist provides high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to residents. You will be a member of the of the resident's recovery team and work closely with the Recovery Coordinator, Clinical Director, Psychiatrist, Nursing Department, and Residential team to ensure a whole-person, integrative care. The position is a core member of the Farm Autism Program Staff and involved in program development, on-going assessment, and service delivery.

Full-time:
30 hours per week
Or Part-time:
24 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Works from a relationship-oriented and strength-based approach utilizing evidence-based modalities Works alongside the integrative recovery team with the development and implementation of an individualized
Seven Domains Recovery Plan:
psychological, spiritual, relational, addiction, vocational, and familial challenges Provides individual sessions with residents or community members by referral Creates curriculum, implements, facilitates, and documents occupational therapy groups Completes appropriate assessments Provides occupational therapy consultation and training to staff
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current NC license At least 2 years of experience providing Occupational Therapy Experience working with adults who are coping with mental health challenges CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
