What You'll Do As an LPN , you'll play an important role in providing exceptional nursing care and creating a safe, welcoming environment for our residents.
Responsibilities include:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Assist with admissions, discharges, and changes in resident condition Provide leadership and guidance to nursing assistants and care team members Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and community standards Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families Help establish a positive, supportive, and accountable nursing culture within our new community What We're Looking For Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina , or eligibility for
