Licensed Practical Nurse LPN 12
Hour Shifts Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Full-Time Day Shift team at The Greens at Pinehurst Rehabilitation & Living Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality resident care, supporting our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a culture of excellence.
Schedule:
Full-Time schedule with 12-hour shifts
Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Rotating weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments accurately Perform assessments and monitor resident conditions Provide wound care and maintain accurate documentation Supervise CNAs and support daily nursing operations Communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina LPN License Current CPR Certification Long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and compassionate care mindset
