Every Other Weekend Required We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Care setting providing care to a geriatric patient population. This is a great opportunity for candidates with LTC, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Nursing Home experience who are looking for a travel assignment on a night shift schedule. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Assist with admissions and discharges. Manage feeding tubes, Foley catheters, wound care, and oxygen therapy. Perform blood glucose monitoring and routine nursing procedures. Communicate changes in patient status to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
