36 #MED1 Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including outpatient clinics, home care, and facilities catering to individuals with disabilities. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care while adhering to established standards and protocols. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse. Assist with venipuncture and other necessary medical procedures. Provide tube feeding support for patients requiring nutritional assistance. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care. Collaborate with healthcare teams in case management for effective patient outcomes. Support patients with daily living activities in home care settings. Uphold standards of care while working with individuals with disabilities. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
