Opportunity to pick up additional shifts (optional) Schedule 13-week contract 3x12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) Opportunity for additional shifts if desired What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately (within RN/LPN scope) Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly Document care clearly and timely Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team Maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment Requirements Active RN or LPN license (state-licensed) Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and dependable attendance Ability to commit to the full 13-week assignment Preferred (Not Required) Experience in SNF/LTC or post-acute care Experience working agency or travel assignments Why Local Contract Instead of Agency?
