Responsibilities Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within the nursing home. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to RNs and doctors. Communicate with patients and their families, offering emotional and psychological support. Maintain accurate patient records and report any discrepancies. Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the environment in accordance to healthcare laws, regulations, and policies. Carry out physician and RN written orders.
