Long Term Care - Nursing Home Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses per plan and facility policy Perform nursing assessments, document findings, and report changes to the supervising RN Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide compassionate nursing care Provide wound care and routine clinical tasks within your scope of practice Document care in the electronic health record and communicate with the interdisciplinary team Collaborate with CNAs and other staff to ensure safe resident care and accurate handoffs Requirements Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Minimum 12 months of recent LPN experience Ability to work 8-hour evening shifts in a long-term care setting Orientation provided at the start of the assignment; credentials due 10/10/2026 or ASAP Availability for every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed
