Full Coverage PDN Company (FCPDN) is hiring LPNs and RNs throughout Wilson! We are looking for compassionate, dependable nurses to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in patients' homes . We have opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and PRN nurses across all shifts , with a variety of cases and schedules available.

Private duty nursing allows you to provide meaningful, individualized care while building a strong relationship with your patient and their family. Rather than caring for multiple patients at once, you'll have the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time and provide the consistent, compassionate care they deserve. What You'll Do Depending on the needs of your assigned patient, responsibilities may include: Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home Monitor and assess the patient's condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition Assist with activities of daily living and other patient-specific needs Follow the patient's individualized plan of care Accurately document nursing care and changes in condition Communicate with the patient's family, physicians, and healthcare team Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Provide safe, compassionate, and dependable care What We're Looking For Current RN or LPN license in North Carolina Reliable and dependable Compassionate and patient-focused Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a home setting Willingness to follow the patient's plan of care and physician orders Previous nursing experience preferred; experience requirements may vary by case Scheduling We offer a variety of scheduling options to fit different needs: Full-Time Part-Time PRN Day Shifts Night Shifts Weekday & Weekend Opportunities Flexible Hours Available cases and schedules vary by location and patient needs.
