Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time | Minot, ND Are you a compassionate nurse looking for a rewarding career outside of a traditional clinical setting? Home Instead is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting seniors, guiding Care Professionals, and helping ensure our clients receive exceptional care in the comfort of their own homes. What You'll Do Complete client assessments and develop individualized care plans. Conduct routine supervisory and quality assurance visits with clients. Provide ongoing clinical support and guidance to Care Professionals. Assist with Care Professional skills training, medication competency, and education. Update care plans as client needs change and communicate changes with clients, families, and office staff. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care. Assist in resolving client care concerns and ensure high-quality service. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Participate in the office on-call rotation as scheduled. Qualifications Current North Dakota RN or LPN license in good standing. Strong assessment and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Home care, long-term care, or case management experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
