Gross Weekly Pay:
$1,800 (36hr/week)
Blended Rate:
$50/hour
Taxable Base:
$15/hour
Non-Taxable Stipend:
$35/hour
Weekly Taxable Pay:
$540
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend:
$1,260
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience LTC/SNF experience required Active LPN license
