Schedule:
Part-time Days, 6:00am - 6:00pm and every other weekend
Starting Pay:
RN starting at $38.00+ per hour | LPN starting at $31.50+ per hour, depending on experience
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an RN or LPN to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.
Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.
What You ll Get to Do Provide quality nursing care and support for residents and guests Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team Support residents and guests with dignity, comfort, and respect Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care Complete documentation accurately and timely Communicate with residents, guests, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents, guests, and team members What We re Looking For Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Strong communication and teamwork skills STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful Why Hillcrest?
